Great News! All registration can be done online without the need to make an appointment!

When:  July 21-August 11

Step 1: Enroll your child online using Skyward.

Step 2: Upload required registration documents in Skyward or email Jezelle Isbell, our campus PEIMS specialist.
 
Required Registration Documents:

  • Student’s Certified Birth Certificate

(Don't have one?  Order from Texas Department of State & Health Services.)

  • Student’s Vaccination Record

Does your student need vaccinations? Contact MISD Health Services or call 817-299-6370.

Vaccination Clinic: Tuesday, July 21, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm at Mary Jo Sheppard Elementary School

All students attending or registering to attend MISD are welcome. 

  • Student’s Social Security Card
  • Proof of Residency in the form of a current (within last 30 days) electric, gas, water bill or lease agreement. No other documents will be accepted.
  • Parent/Legal Guardian’s Government-Issued, Photo Identification

Will I Need to Come to the School for an In-Person Appointment?

No.  Only students who require more information will be contacted to come in for an appointment. 

In-person appointments, held at the child's home campus, are primarily scheduled for those needing to qualify for free Pre-K and those having difficulty submitting documents online or via email.

Before an in-person appointment can be scheduled, parents must start the enrollment process online.

Health protocols will be in place for all in-person appointments. Pre-screening will be conducted before attendees can enter the building, and face coverings will be required while in the building.
